- Tell us what you want using the form below: links, product names, sizes, colours.
- We send you a quote by email showing the goods, our service fee and the postage – all upfront.
- You pay the quote. Nothing is bought until you've paid.
- We shop in-store in the UK, pack your items and post them to you with Royal Mail International Tracked.
We're testing interest at the moment, so quotes are free and there's no obligation. We're not taking payments on this site.

Your quote shows the total in full before you decide. If an item is out of stock, we'll ask you before swapping anything, or refund that part.
Delivery to New Zealand
Royal Mail's delivery aim for International Tracked to New Zealand is 5–7 working days after posting. It isn't guaranteed, and parcels can take longer at busy times or if NZ Customs or biosecurity check them. We usually shop and post within a week of payment.

NZ import charges
For most orders worth NZ$1,000 or less, NZ Customs doesn't collect duty or GST at the border. A small per-parcel goods levy may be passed on by the carrier. Above NZ$1,000, NZ Customs collects 15% GST (plus any duty and fees) on delivery. We'll flag this on your quote if it's likely to apply.

Things we can't send
International post rules stop us sending aerosols, perfume, nail varnish, and other flammable or dangerous goods. NZ biosecurity also restricts some foods, plants and seeds. If something on your list can't be sent, we'll tell you in the quote.
Your rights
UK Shop Run is a business – we are in trade. When you buy through us, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act apply, as does UK consumer law. Our full trader name and UK business address are given in writing with every quote, before you pay anything.

We only use your details to reply to your quote request. We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to any mailing list. Quote requests are deleted automatically after 6 months. To have yours deleted sooner, just email us.
